What to Expect

The whole visit, start to finish.

A typical appointment runs about an hour. Here's exactly what happens.

i.First 10 Minutes

A short conversation.

We sit down for coffee and ask about your body, your house, your budget, and what you've already tried. No clipboard, no script.

ii.15–35 Minutes

Three chairs, your shortlist.

Based on the conversation, we line up two or three chairs that fit and let you sit in each for ten minutes. We're nearby, not hovering.

iii.35–50 Minutes

Honest comparisons.

We walk through the trade-offs that matter, coverage, noise, recline length, fit for tall users, finish in your room. Specs only when they matter.

iv.Last 10 Minutes

Your call. No pressure.

Buy today and we can deliver this week, or take your notes home. Whatever you decide is the right answer, including "not yet."

Quick answers.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. We run private 60-minute sessions so the floor is quiet and every chair is ready when you arrive. Walk-ins are welcome but may have to wait for the next open slot.

Is the visit really free? Any obligation?

Completely free, no obligation. We don't take a credit card to hold the slot, and there's no pressure to buy anything during or after the visit.

Can I bring my partner or family?

Please do. Most decisions are made together. We have seating for two extra adults plus enough room to bring kids if needed.

Can you accommodate mobility considerations?

Yes. The showroom is ground-floor, step-free, and we can pre-set chairs to make transfers easier. Tell us in the booking notes and we'll have the floor ready.

If I buy on-site, when can I take delivery?

Typically within 7–10 days in the Orlando area, since most chairs are in our local warehouse; nationwide curbside delivery runs 7–14 days. Some flagships are pre-ordered after purchase. Curbside delivery is free on every chair, and white-glove delivery with install is a flat $275.

Where exactly is the showroom?

800 N. John Young Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32808. Free parking behind the building. About 10 minutes from downtown, 25 minutes from Lake Nona.
