It's on a label on the back or underside of the chair, and in your LMC order email. Snap a photo of the issue too.

Diagnosis
Most issues are diagnosed by phone or video. If a part is needed, the manufacturer ships it, often within a week.
Repair
In-home service during the labor period, or a guided fix for simple swaps. We follow up until the chair works.
