Filing a Claim

Four steps, whoever you call.

Whether you call the manufacturer directly or have us do it, the process is the same.

i.

Find your serial

It's on a label on the back or underside of the chair, and in your LMC order email. Snap a photo of the issue too.

ii.

Reach out

Call the vendor using the number above, or call us at the shop and we'll open the claim on your behalf.

iii.

Diagnosis

Most issues are diagnosed by phone or video. If a part is needed, the manufacturer ships it, often within a week.

iv.

Repair

In-home service during the labor period, or a guided fix for simple swaps. We follow up until the chair works.
