Hawaii is kind of far, isn't it?
Yes, we do deliver to Hawaii.
Now, before you get too excited, let me explain because Hawaii delivery is a little different from what we normally do here in Florida.
For our local Orlando customers, our big selling point is our true white glove delivery service. We personally deliver the massage chair, bring it into the house, assemble it, put it where you want it, show you how to use it, and clean up all the boxes and trash.
Hawaii is a little more complicated.
At the moment, we can arrange delivery to Hawaii for several of the massage chair brands we work with, but it would not necessarily include our full white glove delivery and service experience just yet.
Here is the breakdown.
Osaki Massage Chairs
Osaki massage chairs can be delivered to Hawaii. However, at this time, there is no white glove delivery service through us for Hawaii. Parts warranty is available, but labor is not included.
Infinity Massage Chairs
Infinity massage chairs can also be delivered to Hawaii. Their service department is currently being developed, which is something I am actually looking forward to.
Once that is fully established, the plan is to make white glove delivery and full parts and labor warranty service available as well.
BodyFriend Massage Chairs
BodyFriend massage chairs are also available for delivery to Hawaii. At this time, the service is delivery only with parts warranty. I do not have any additional information yet regarding future plans for service or white glove delivery in Hawaii.
Kyota Massage Chairs
Kyota is in a similar situation to Infinity. They are essentially sister companies, so the future service plans are expected to be similar as well.
Human Touch
Human Touch is another major massage chair brand worth mentioning. They actually have a massage chair retailer located in Hawaii, which can make things a little easier for customers who want local support and service.
So, can we help you if you live in Hawaii?

It just may not look exactly like our Orlando delivery experience yet.
