I know I babble on sometimes. I am going to try to cut straight to it, as I always say.
Is a $10,000 massage chair a mistake, or is it an investment?
Honestly, that question comes down to you and you only.
Different people have different priorities when shopping for a massage chair.
Some people start with a budget and then try to find the best massage chair they can within that number.
Some people figure out their must have features first, then try to find a chair that fits their budget.
Others care more about the bells and whistles. Entertainment systems, speakers, screens, health related features, body scanning, different massage programs and all the other things modern massage chairs can do.
And then there are people who simply want one thing.
A really good massage.
Massage chairs have advanced so much that there is a lot more to consider today than there was just a few years ago. Some of the higher end massage chairs are packed with technology, features and entertainment options that were not even part of the conversation years ago.
But here is where I personally draw the line.
I do not put massage chairs in my showroom that I do not believe are worth considering at their price.
I simply don't.
That does not mean every chair in my showroom is worth the same amount of money to every person. That is where things get personal.
A $10,000 massage chair may be completely unnecessary for one person and make perfect sense for another.
That is exactly why I am here.
My job is not to tell you what you should buy. My job is to help you figure out what actually makes sense for you.
The massage chairs I carry in my Orlando showroom are hand picked by me after extensive research. I ask manufacturers a lot of questions. I look closely at the materials and construction while I personally assemble and inspect the chairs. With some of the older models, I also have years of experience seeing how they hold up and how often we receive warranty service calls.
That gives me another piece of information that you simply cannot get from a specification sheet.
Real world experience.
I also have access to many different massage chair brands and models outside of what I choose to put on my showroom floor. I have personally experienced many of these chairs through CES in Las Vegas, manufacturer visits, road shows and other industry events where I can actually sit in the chairs and test them myself.
Because honestly, you can read specifications all day long.
You can compare 3D, 4D, 5D, SL Track, Flex Track, zero gravity, body scanning, heat, airbags, foot rollers, speakers and every other feature manufacturers want to put on a brochure.
But at the end of the day...
Does the massage actually feel good to you?
That is the part that matters.
This is also why I always encourage people to visit a real massage chair showroom and try the chairs for themselves before spending thousands of dollars.
Do your research. Compare prices. Look at the warranty. Ask questions. Sit in the chair. Try different programs. Pay attention to how your body fits. See what you actually like.
And then decide.
If you are shopping for a luxury massage chair in Orlando, I am always happy to help you sort through the noise without the pressure.
You may end up spending $3,000.
You may end up spending $10,000.
You may decide that you do not need either one.
And honestly, that is okay.
The goal is not to sell you the most expensive massage chair in the showroom.
The goal is to help you find the massage chair that makes the most sense for you.
